Carolyn Pampalone, RN, BSN

Aesthetics Injector

Carolyn is a registered nurse with a bachelor's in nursing and over a decade of experience. Her medical background includes aesthetics, emergency services, and labor and delivery. Carolyn specializes in natural outcomes, focusing on injectables and non-surgical PDO thread lifts. A firm believer that continuous education is vital for patient safety and successful outcomes, she attends year-round advanced training with some of the top providers in the country. She is currently pursuing her master's in nursing to become a nurse practitioner.

Dr. William Scott Jr.

Medical Director

Dr. Scott is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine/Hyperbaric/Undersea Medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has worked in many Ventura area hospitals as an emergency room physician. He is currently the Senior FAA Medical Examiner for the Western Pacific Region. He has been working in aesthetics for over 10 years as a medical director.

Susie Gonzalez

Guest Services

Susie assists Naya with guest services. Aside from working at Naya, she is also working toward her bachelor's degree in nursing.

Patty Portillo

Massage Therapist

Patty has been part of the Naya family since 2012. Her strong therapeutic skills and intuitive touch help powerfully unwind the unique tension in your body, while helping your mind and spirit deeply rest into the re-set you need.

Erik Pampalone

Managing Director

Erik Pampalone is the managing director of Naya Spa. He has over 25 years of strategic and operational management expertise. In addition to founding Naya in 2008, Erik has provided strategic consulting to many Fortune 100 companies, including Microsoft, Verizon, WellPoint, and Abbott Labs. He has a BS in biology from the University of California San Diego.

First time ever getting Botox. Went in a little nervous but right away the staff put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable. The results are amazing I look refreshed and not over done. Exactly what I asked for!
