Unsightly “spider veins” are caused by swollen blood vessels, normally related to genetics, pregnancy, aging, or simply spending hours on your feet. Combining laser light and bi-polar radio frequency, our laser vein therapy effectively and precisely targets unwanted veins in large areas, while other vein treatments damage the surrounding tissue through the use of focused light energy pulsed light.
Elos (electrical optical synergy) laser vein treatment can permanently close veins by using this low level radio frequency energy. A single beam of light and a broadband energy pulse are combined and absorbed directly into the vein, causing the vein to contract and form a small clot. The body’s defense systems will then target this material and flush it out through the natural waste-removal process.
