48 Hour Cancellation and No Show Policies
We aim to bring you the highest quality staff and level of service – unfortunately, this is not cheap and good people are hard to find. When you reserve a time with us, we not only guarantee your appointment and service length, we are also turning away others who might want your spot. As you might expect, the closer it gets to your appointment date, the harder it is for us to fill a spot. But we understand that things “come up,” so please give us more than 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Your business is important to us, and our aim is to have a long-term relationship with our patients.
PDO Threads & Sculptra appointments require 50% Deposit
For PDO Threads and Sculptra Injections, a 50% deposit is required, paid 7 days in advance of your appointment. The full deposit amount is applied to the purchase price unless you cancel within 48 hours or no show for your appointment, in which case your deposit will be kept as a credit on your account with Naya, and the appropriate “General Cancellation / No Show Policy” fee (see below) will apply.
General Cancellation Policy
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you are charged a $75 cancellation fee.
General No Show Policy
If you no-show for your appointment you are charged a no-show fee for 100% of the procedure you would have received, up to a maximum of $250.
Standard Spa Gratuity
We recommend 20% – 25% on full-priced Day Spa services. No tip is recommended for Medical Procedures. If you received a discounted service, please use the full-priced service to calculate your tip. This includes our members. Tips are accepted in cash or on credit cards.
The Greatest Discount Applies, And Discounts Cannot Be Combined.
Discounts cannot be combined – only the greatest discount that is available may be applied when calculating the final price of services and products. SpaFinder, SpaWish, and Spa Week gift certificates can be used to pay for full-priced services only. In addition, SpaFinder, SpaWish, and Spa Week gift certificates are not applied to gratuity as it would mean at cost on the gratuity levied by the vendor.

When you refer our services or products to a member of your circle of friends or family, we consider that such an extreme compliment. For every person who specifically mentions your name when they come for a spa service, we give you Naya Rewards. Use them right away or save them for a service later.
Please Be On Time For Check-In, Which Is 15 Minutes Before Your Appointment.
We want you to get the most of your time with us, and we will be able to provide you with the best service if we’re not rushing to complete your service in time for the next client. Unfortunately, we do have a schedule to keep, so if you are late, we will need to cut short your service time commensurately. So please, do come early and stay late (and often)!
Please Leave Your Cell Phones, Any Children Under 12 (Or Not Receiving A Service), Pets, And All Other Worldly Worries And Woes At Home When You Come.
Part of the charm of the spa experience is that you are creating a space for your health, whether to take care of your skin, reduce stress, gain inner renewal, or just get rid of troublesome aches and pains. Other clients are also using our spa for these purposes, and for the greater enjoyment of all, we respectfully request that you leave all potential sources of intrusion or noise at home.
Refunds & Exchanges
We Will Exchange Or Refund Products Within 30 Days Of Purchase, Provided A Receipt Is Presented.
It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality skin and body care products along with your services. Sometimes you may like these so much that you wish to take them home with you! IF you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products you’ve purchased, please bring them back within 30 days of purchase with a receipt and we will refund or exchange them for you for other products or spa credit of equal value.
